You have 14 days free trial. If you are unsatisfied, you only have to unsubscribe directly in your WeTransform account and you will not be charged.
Once the free trial is over, you'll be enrolled in a monthly or yearly subscribition depending on what you choose.
If you choose a subscription and run into limits, you can buy extra options to enhance your account.

For example if you have a yearly Developer subscription, and you want to increase your limit from 50 to 60 customers, and enable 250 files per month instead of 150 files per month, your new total would be : 69€ + 5€ + 25€ = 99€ per month.
Users are people who will have access to your account. You can give permissions to them, such as admin, or make them responsible for certain templates.

If you want to transform files just for yourself, all you need is 1 customer.

If you're an HR company and want to receive list of employees in a file, you will define the column names you accept, and constraints for each column, such as date format, column length, type of data...
WeTransform allows you to describe your templates in a very precise manner, which ensures that the files you receive are exactly as you want.
